Advertising Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This policy explains how Gramm Arcu Studio presents itself in public: what we will and will not do in our marketing, how we handle external links and outside proposals, and where to direct questions. It applies to grammarcustudio.com and to anything that leaves this studio under our name.

1. No third-party advertising

This website carries no third-party advertising. There are no display ads, no sponsored posts, no affiliate links, and no paid placements anywhere in our content. Everything on grammarcustudio.com is our own material, describing our own practice. We also do not sell, rent, or trade visitor information with anyone, for any purpose. A studio that asks to be trusted with a client's identity should be beyond reproach with its own visitors.

2. How we present our services

We treat marketing copy the way we treat any other text that leaves the studio: it must be accurate, and it must bear re-reading.

  • No deceptive claims. We describe only the disciplines we actually practice — brand identity, editorial and print design, web design, and illustration — and the work shown on this site comes from real projects.
  • No bait pricing. We do not publish teaser rates or advertise figures we have no intention of honoring. Budgets are discussed openly, once the project is understood.
  • No undisclosed sponsored content. If we ever mention a client, collaborator, or supplier in connection with a paid arrangement, that arrangement will be stated.
  • Honest capacity. We take on a limited number of projects at a time. If we cannot give a brief the attention it deserves, we say so, and refer it to someone who can.

3. No aggressive tactics

You will not find countdowns, manufactured scarcity, or pressure tactics anywhere in our communications. Proposals are written to be read and considered, and a declined proposal ends the conversation unless you choose to reopen it. The studio was built on referrals and long working relationships, and those only survive when people feel respected.

4. External links

Our pages occasionally link to outside resources — printers we work with, publications we admire, or the embedded map on our contact page. Links are provided for reference, not endorsement. We do not control external sites, and we encourage you to read their policies before engaging with them.

5. Proposals and vendor outreach

From time to time we receive proposals from vendors, platforms, and other studios, and from time to time we reach out to collaborators ourselves. The standard is the same in both directions: we identify ourselves, we say why we are writing, we do not send unsolicited bulk messages, and we accept a polite no as a complete answer. No commission or arrangement will ever change what we tell a client. If you receive a message claiming to be from this studio that seems out of character, please let us know.

6. Compliance

Our advertising and marketing practices are intended to comply with applicable truth-in-advertising law in the United States, including the standards enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, and with Virginia consumer protection law. If any statement on this site appears to fall short of these commitments, tell us and we will correct it.
